Zahra Seyed Ali is originally from Tehran, Iran. In 2012, she completed her Master’s degree in Law at the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law, having received her bachelor of law degree in Iran. Zahra is in the process of fulfilling the requirements set by the National Committee for Accreditation in order to obtain the Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
Prior to joining our law Firm, Zahra worked as an Administrative Assistant in an Accounting firm in North Vancouver. She has been also involved in several not-for-profit organizations in British Columbia, such as Access Pro bono, West Coast Leaf, as well as Immigration Services Society of BC, in a volunteer capacity. With a strong understanding of diverse cultures gained through living and travelling in other countries and her fluency in Farsi together with multi-jurisdictional perspective of the law, she is excited to establish her legal career with Barbeau, Evans & Goldstein.
